By the time I realised what he was up to the Paypal refund period was over and Chris Michaels stopped responding to my numerous reminders. I told a friend to subscribe to his mailing list and he was promptly sent some offer which means he has removed my email from his list.
I don't expect to receive a reply or payment from that scamster but I hope this complaint will warn others to stay away from this guy.
