A blue tool bar poped up in my computer screen on feb, 27 advising me to purchase this security tool bar to make my computer safe. I did not want it, and noticed that it did not want to disappear off my screen. It said to purchase the security tool bar for$ 19.99.I found out quite quickly that I've been scamed, because nothing seemed to work wright afterwords. I got ahold of Mcafee internet security team soon after this happened. They told me this pop up bar that I purchased was part of a virus and I would have to get it cleaned out. After I had my computer cleaned, I contacted the credit card company that I've been scamed on the computer and that I did not wont to be charged for it. I said the fee online stated me to pay$ 19.99, the credit card company said they billed for $54.00.The credit card company (RBC) told me to phone them back in a few day's to see if the bill goes through. I did contact them back and they said it has been billed out for$. 54.00.RBC said to put this into a proper disput mode to contact support wide world soft.com and let them know that you dont want any of there service's, and to cancel all service's immediately, and not to bill me for any of these services again. I cant seem to get them on the phone, all I get is a busy signal all the time. I would like support wide world soft .com to be notifed of my complaint of mine as soon as possible to have this cleared up once and for all.
