Purchased a x4 labs penis extender from these people, First the charged my credit card 2 times, once for the product, and again for expensive shipping because I wasn't in the USA or canada, Even though there website advertised low shipping to UK.
to make it worse, I had to pay import and duty bill of £30 before I could have it delivered... Dont believe there low shipping charges...
I got my credit card company to get the money for the shipping back from them because there customer service was so bad and they refused to sort it out.
Then within 6 weeks my extender broke, I there poor customer service was no use so I had to contact my credit card company who again got my money back for me!.
do NOT trust these x4 people.. there scam and very dodgy
