Have not received product after 50 days

Ordered product on August 15th. They took out the money on August 17th. I still have not received the product. I have emailed 6 times with no response of any kind. I have called twice and they said it would be shipped that day, still not product. Emailed again, still no answer and no product. Have asked to be contacted by a supervisor, still nothing. I have copies of all emails that have been sent to this company. Terrible company, would never advise anyone to order from them. I just want my product or my money refunded and maybe an acknowledgement from someone that one or the other will happen. Not alot to ask after 5o days. I plan on posting this on as many places that I can find on the internet, so that no one else orders from this company.
