From our own experience, Cartika hosting had continually tried to force us to upgrade our account by claiming we were abusing their TOS and saying we used too much bandwidth. There was no proof whatsoever of this claim and when we asked for proof, they said they would cancel our account if we didn't obey their rules. Thus we immediately moved our websites off their server. Luckily we did this as Cartikahosting did suspend our web hosting. These website cartikahosting.com, cartika.ca, andrewr.biz, cartikahostingreview.com is most likely run by only a couple of people and if you have any problems with the server, it will take a long time for someone to answer. After cancelling our account, we still had money that should have been refunded. Cartikahosting did not refund any money. When they suspended the account, they also charged us for these unused days of hosting. Please be aware that Cartikahosting writes their own reviews and also run their own review site called cartikahostingreview.com. In fact, they work with webhostingtalk.com website so if you write anything negative on any of these websites, they will take down the comment within a few hours. You can try and see for yourself.
