Bloomex Canada, thank you for the great service!! The flowers were really great and the service I got from your live operators on bloomexpress.ca were super helpful. I placed my order myself from your website, after entering in all the information, and pressing send I got an email from you which had what I ordered. I want to thank you for this, as if I wouldn't of gotten this, my flowers would have been delivered to the wrong place! I noticed that I didn't write the address down correctly (swithed #'s). So I contacted your live chat, and WOW!! the person was so polite, and she said she would change the mistake right w=away, and asked if there was anything else she could do, and so on. I was sooo surprised at how awesome she was.
My girl received her flowers the next day as I wanted, and she paraded them around the office all day. You really made her happy and that made me very happy! |I seen your gift baskets on your site, can't beat those prices and I will definately be getting baskets from you for presents this Christmas!
