Shut my account down without warning

My account was shut down without any warning and I lost all my contacts and personal information which I need. It said it was under investigation over some del computer, I have had this happen to two other people so I have opened a new account and have to start all over again. Now it is saying that I can only add like 3 people per day. Well this is crazy I need to add my email address back to my account .. Is there some way that you can transfer them to my new account. This has messed up my banking on line and at the bank my cell phone. all sorts of things. I have been with hotmail for many years and this is very poor business. Pls let me know if there is a way to transferr my email accounts and other stuff to my new account which is [email protected] my old account was [email protected] which is the one you shut down again without any warning ..
