My mom and family members went together and bought an electric tomato processor (FABIO MR 1/2 HP FOR $419.99) shipped through this company. The machine is fast, however it discolored and ruined the fruit we tried to process through it. I have contacted the CreativeCookware.com and they will refund upon recieving the food processor, but they do not provide a return shipping label to us. Any reputable company with a totally unsatisfied customer will provide this label. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH CREATIVE.COOKWARE.COM IN CANADA.
