All Autos Financed SCAM
Our vehicle didn't sell within 90 days and we are trying to get a refund but one ph# is out of service and another we found has only voicemail and he won't ever call back and they won't reply to email. This must be a SCAM. Ours was paid by Paypal and I called them and explained the situation. Paypal's refund program expires after 45 days so of course they won't refund our money.
However what they did do was to go ahead and file a dispute for us anyway which was immediately denied but it puts a black mark on All Autos Financed's record with Paypal and if enough marks are registered, Paypal will shut these guys down and because we had a dispute registered even though it was considered late, my understanding is that we would then probably get a refund.
So here's what to do. If you paid by Paypal don't waste time logging a Paypal dispute online. Call Paypal at, be patient going thru the phone que until you get to speak to a person. Explain what I've explained to you and help us shut down these thieves. The more marks against them the better.
Paypal also suggested applying for a chargeback from our credit card company which I am going to try. See if you have anything in writing about their 90 day guarantee because you'll need it. Also file a complaint with the RCMP. Others have already done so.
