The World Wide Web Consortium - W3C1 -stopspytools.com - Click Bank.com Ripped me off for a product that they did not supply me with

I wanted to do a search for names & addresses of people.
This Company https://www.1stopspytools.com/ had software to get this infomation.

Gave them Credit Card info & they took monies from my credit card but I receved no product.

When I tried to complain through their Banking system "[email protected]" I got an automated reply that they would look into it.

I gave them a week to respond back and they never did. All I get from Click Bank is automated response. & from 1stopspytools I get email address does not exist.

This is they confirmation info that I did order from them.
