I ordered a liquor dispensor just before Xmas in 2005. It stated NEW, NEVER USED so I foolishly bought it from Netclearances, being new to Ebay.
I received the item about 3 weeks later after several attempts via email asking for a tracking #. (I am in Canada and it shouldn't have taken more than a few days).
Got the item, it was dirty, used & broken. Trying to contact these morons was impossible as they never answered email or phone. I shipped the item back to them but Canada Post has a bad tracking system. Finally after confirming it was delivered to them, they lied and said it hadn't been. I contacted Ebay Disputes with my story, they did NOTHING!! They told me to go through Paypal disputes, and again, they did NOTHING! Finally, I went through my credit card company and they gave me back my money (less shipping costs to get the damaged used item back to these morons).
I see that Ebay had dropped them as a seller. However, I am sure this jacka** has reopened under another name and is back to his dirty tricks. I would love to see a large lawsuit filed by many of us who have been burned. I doubt it though. Good riddence Netclearances~!
