Avoid Wisp Online / Wisp internet Services at all costs, they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, they will tell you anything to get you to go with them and then leave you high and dry. They have:
-Horrible installation (They really have no idea what they are doing. Won't show up for calls or show up late.)
-Horrible service (Goes in and out constantly and will go out for days and is not anywhere near what they claim when they sell you the service.)
-Horrible support (Won't answer calls, won't get back to you.)
With Wisp Online / Wisp internet Services they claim to have live support 7 days a week and 98% of the time you will get a voicemail box and they will never return your call and they will not show up at all to a service call or show up late.
They will also tell you about their 30 day money back guarantee after the fact.
