Total Scam! Paid for games I never received. Charged me double the price after I hit enter. Dieppe NB

When I paid for a 3 month membership to Game Fiesta, it unlocked one game. I was supposed to receive one free game per month. Not all games are available as a free monthly selection. The game must be selected during the month, each month. Fair enough.

However, I discovered that there is no list stating which games ARE available for selection. The process is to choose a game, play it for 60 minutes and then attempt to "buy" it with your free game selection. Except that once I had my membership, the trial periods were far longer than 60 minutes (one game I played for 8 hours) and none of the games that I played were available as a free selection. I played hours and hours and hours only to discover that the game was only available for full price.

This is clearly a scam. If ANY of the games are available once they have your money... you have to spend more than a month playing games to find one. But you can only choose the game within the month. In 3 months, I never found a free selection.

In the 3rd month, I tried to select a game I wanted and the billing page stated that I could get a membership discount of $10 for that game. It listed my total as $9.99. I felt this was better than nothing at all. So I hit the pay button and was given a receipt that said my credit card was charged $19.99.

Can you imagine walking into a store and buying a CD that has the price listed as $9.99, handing the clerk your credit card and he charges you $20 and won't refund your money? It is theft.

I contacted the company to cancel my account and get a refund on my $10 and this is the only reply I received:

"Dear Customer, To receive your free monthly game through ClubFiesta, try out the game demo. Don't like it: pick a new gameand repeat till you find a new favorite. Once you have picked the game you want to own simplyselect 'Buy Full Version Now', and choose the optionto purchase with your ClubFiesta Membership. Please note not all games are redeemable with the ClubFiestaMembership. ThanksCustomer CareGameFiesta.com"

Then to add insult to injury, they attempted to charge my credit card for another 3 month membership!!!
