I initially thought I was only going to be billed for a lifetime membership of only $28.70. I looked carefully at all the choices and made sure I had selected the right buttons that should have been selected for a life time membership to FREE-SATELLITE-NETWORK.com I clicked the NEXT button and went to a page where I was supposed to fill out my information for my payment. At no time there did I see any extra money added to my bill. Once I clicked on the button to process my transaction it told me that it was complete and then I saw the final outcome of my transaction totaled $57.70. Some how extra money was charged to my credit card that I did not authorize.
Their site said it was a 7 day money back guarantee so I never even agreed to the terms of use for their software installation nor did I download their software. I have sent an email to their customer service asking for a complete refund and I also told them I was filing a report here. Only time will tell now if they do the right thing or not.
