Another unsatisfied customer ripoff Montreal

I too have a tale to tell about TVBOXSET. I ordered a dvd set in July which was due to be delivered to me mid July. I did receive a confirmation email and the company then proceeded to debit my credit card account. However when I didn't receive the shipping confirmation I emailed them to see what the problem was.

I then received an email to say their server was down and I could expect the email in the next 48 hours. I did receive an email three days later but since then nothing. I tried to email them to find out what the story was as the dvd set was now several weeks oversdue but the website was gone. I then came across this site (I wish I had found it earlier!!) and realised that I had been scammed.

The moral of the story is do not use this website and please, please check out any other website you are thinking of ordering dvds off. I looked at a few other websites selling DVD products and it's interesting to see that the layout of the website, such as the products they offer, the layout of their FAQ's and the fact that they can only be contacted via email reminds me of TVBOXSET's website. Compare a few and you will see for yourself. Could they all be the one company??

I have since cancelled my credit card and notified the disputes section of my credit card company who will try to recoup the money for me.
