Heritage Web Solutions - seems no one get my website running properly

As a last resort I find myself at your canada-complaints.com website. I have spent days trying to find a telephone number or email address for the executives of Heritage Web Solutions, David Aitken, Mark Strong, Brad Stone, Leah Young as my website nightmare has been going on for months now. I sent the following message below several team members at HWS in hopes that they will finally correct this problem.

My homepage has been an issue that should have been resolved months ago. I am spending countless hours on the phone with tech support regarding my banner and homepage. I cant believe it has taken more than 2 months to correct this problem. Just before the long weekend I spoke with Brayton again and was emailed by Travis that the problem has been corrected. The long weekend is here and I have no web presence and no support!!!

I believe I have been very patient in waiting for my website to be running smoothly, but my store front is my website and on a long weekend where everyone is home surfing the net, I do not have a presence. Out of frustration I am presently searching all sites for information on how to contact David Aitken, Mark Strong, Brad Stone, or Leah Young. I am working on it.

Christina you have been an ongoing support for me at HWS and I appreciate you trying to help me, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. But I was so disappointed to see my site down this weekend.

Who can I speak to that will make me happy customer. You are 170 strong, I shouldnt think that my website issues are equivalent to rocket science for a company so large, there must be someone there that can get my website functioning properly without me having to contact you more than once a week. I am not looking for a refund, overall I am happy with the website. I am however, wanting reassurance that I have made the right choice in choosing Heritage Web Solutions and would love to be able to continue to have a long strong relationship with you as my hosting company and support. It doesnt serve me to move to another company at the end of the committed year, I would much rather resolve this issue and get on with business. As well, I am sure you would also want to keep me as a client/paying customer.

Please have someone contact me and assure me that these problems will not continue. I would love to speak with someone in authority that can give me the results I am looking for.

1. A banner that doesn't go down everytime I make a change on my website.

2. I paid for a drop-down box that has now been taken away because hws said it couldn't be done and was not refunded or given something to replace it cost wise.

3. and a website presence which currently I have none..NONE!

I am sending my email to just a handful of people I have been working with since I purchased the website and have been having issues, I am hoping that one of you can help me with this as I continue to look for contact information of your CEO.
