Snapdollars.com ripoff Say they pay you for reading emails and surveys but never actually send any money

Requested payment of $38.00 on 12/06/06 and was told check would be mailed 2/1/07. Hasn't happened and my requests for answers through their support link have gone unanswered. Still have some things to confirm but looks like address may be bogus. Anyone out there have a possible phone # for these guys....let me know.
