Exist hosting had a problem with the billing of a domain that I was renewing. Namely, they billed me $20, 12 separate times for a year of domain registration. I tried tirelessly to contact them regarding this problem and never got a reply. I ended up having to spend an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with my credit card company as they had to reverse the 11 extra charges, one by one, and help me get my money back.
A few days ago, My account was suspended. I am paid up until April, yet I cannot access any of my web pages. I have several customers who are furious because their web pages are down also. This could potentially ruin my small business. I am frantically finding alternate hosting services for my customers and paying for it OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.
I have called several times again to try to rectify this current situation, and they will not return my calls or my e-mails. They have my money and I cannot get it back from them.
