In December 05, I ordered 4 Gift Baskets but only received 3. Not only were they NOT as shown on their site, but one never arrived at all - of course I was charged the full amount $448.00.
I managed to get $115.75 back from Visa but not without many phone calls, e-mails to Urban Florists' poor, sometimes non-existant customer relations and reports to the BBB.
Urban Florist did not respond to my numerous messages left to voice mail or requests for a partial refund due to my disatisfaction with their product's quality. Within one month of my order, the 1-800 number was no longer in service.
As of November 20, 2006 www.urbanflorist.com's commerce site is down but claiming to be coming soon with a new and improved streamlined site within a month. Not sure when this was posted so check with the BBB before purchasing anything from The Urban Florist on-line.
