I was bidding on a 2002 Kenworth. I bid itr up to 30, 000.00 and did not get the bid... I received a few days later from what I thought was Ebay and offer to buy the truck for 30, 000.00 which I had bid... Thinking this was ebay and they guaranteed the truck I was excited...
I sent the required deposit through MoneyGramm to a Mr Mark Austin which was the owner who was out of the country on vacation... Well I went to me Ebay site to see if I had actually gotten the second chance offer and find out it this was a scam..
Well I should have followed through with my gut instink and stayed away as the crooks now have my money and I have nothing... I dont see how Ebay could let people copy the information and send the convincing information to potential buyers... I sure feel dumb and stupid... So the saying is true.. if if is to goood to be true it normally is... Watch out...
