I ordered a complete marketing system from David Belton Software Enterprises INC. He was supposed to build me a complete marketing system for the sum of $1, 029.95.
He has built me nothing that works, no replicating mini website, no marketing system with back office. NOTHING.
And now he refuses to return me any of my money.
He is a full blown rip-off and I highly suggest you never buy a thing from him or his software business.
