I ordered from this online company with high hopes to finding a birthday gift for my terminally ill son. He always wanted to complete his collection of Star Wars action figures. I was so happy when I found them all at this online store.
I ordered on 4-7-05. My credit card was charged that day $321.90 and I was sent a confirmation # 90651. Over one month has passed and nothing! I've sent seven e-mails begging for them to send me some info. or a phone number so I could find out what was going on with my order, I haven't heard a thing. I have no B-day gift for my son, it's past but I have charges on my credit card.
Please don't order from this company they don't deliver in any way! I was shocked to read all the other complaints and I will be calling my credit card tomorrow to request a dispute form for fraudulent charges.
