NEW LIMIT PUBLISHING/CLEARVIEW CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS/NEW BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, AND IN APRIL THEY PLAN ON STARTING UP A NEW COMPANY SELLING AN AMERICAN BUSINESS DIRECTORY-DO NOT KNOW THE NAME! BUYER BEWARE
Any business in the US that has been contacted By CLEARVIEW CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS for The AMERICAN BUSINESS DIRECTORY, being told that this is the second year of there listing and the payment is due and ready to ship out the product-do not listen to the sales rep as you are being lied to.
The collections dept is telling clients when they call to collect on past due accounts that it is NOT THEIR SECOND YEAR BUT THEIR FIRST. TheIR first year has run out and the sales reps are lying to them because that's what is in the script.
What you have to do is use your sales skills and convince them whether or not they have them listed as a vendor and have no record of sending either Clearview or New Limit Publishing a cheque.
When the client asks for a cheque # they are told the head office has that info that they do not have accesss to that information. When they ask for the customer service no. which is the same as the Halifax office 1-800-537-5898 the client is told the number will be in their package (not allowed to give it out)
Also, the website never works from what the clients say. Some clients have New Business Solutions and New Limit Publishing listed as vendors-so they are buying the same product by two companies that are linked together and sales reps are calling for Clearview also. This is all a scam
The same thing goes for NEW BUSINESS SOLUTIONS-YOUR CANADIAN BUSINESS DIRECTORY.
These companies are inter-related selling the same product-one Canadian-New Limit Publishing (based in Montreal, Quebec) New Business Solutions (based in Halifax, NS)
Clearview Corporate Communications which is based supposedly in Chicago Illinois does not exist. The 1-800-537-5898 rings to the Halifax office. BEWARE OF ANY NEW CD-ROM BUSINESS DIRECTORIES BEING SOLD CANADIAN OR AMERICAN. If you cannot get a customer service number or website address that works or there is no cheque no BE CAREFUL!!! OH BY THE WAY THEY ALL USE ALIAS'S.
