Erick Auger dba Trilium Solutions Inc (trilli.com) (aka AGCI Holdings / SIMA Industries / Motovibe PMV) obtained money from our company and neither delivered the product nor returned the money. He signed a refund check with false information on it which led to the police fraud investigation.
Proof is available that more businesses were scammed. His company has false information on corporate registration records, not responding by phone or mail. It was sued and lost in court. More legal action is expected from other businesses.
