High Speed Internet Primus Requires that Existing Internet Service Be Cancelled First! the ripoff business that doesn't give a dam Toronto

Primus rep asked me to cancel Bell high speed internet first, before I can order Primus high speed internet. This means that I will be without a provider for about 2 weeks (the box from Primus is to arrive in 10 business days). The rep said "too bad" when I pointed that out. I wonder if this request is legal. It seems like an unfair policy to me.
