Paid... But... Expired

M2HOST is my domain name provider and hosts my website.

I've paid my renewal since July (5 months ago) till 2014, and today... domain name expired.

I have my invoice, my proof of purchase, but M2HOST is unable to answer why, and WHEN my domain name will be available.

I've tried to have some tips from customer support... but... too bad!

I've opened some tickets, with urgent flag... and... guess what? Still no answers.
