I may have just been ripped off (like many others on this site) by this so called " Joe" person. I should have looked closer at the web site and reviewed customer complaints online, before giving this business my trust. I have begun credit card charge back for non receipt of goods, will wait one more week, only. My credit card company says this business is located in Quebec..but there is no address visible on their web site and no answer to that telephone number they have listed for contact. I sent a few emails and warned that if I did not receive the exact item I paid for, within seven more days.. I would be proceeding to charge back. That email was replied to generically.. But there was no ship date included. This may well be a fraudulent company.. Seven
more days and I will know for sure..if this is indeed a crooked business. " Joe " is a
suspicious name.. May not be a real name. I will be much more cautious with online shopping, in future. I have not had problems, until now. I usually use well known companies.. This is the first time with unknown business name. I should have been more careful!
