Koodeal.com is a canadian penny auction site. It is run out of Laval, Quebec. I have been purchasing items on the site for well over a year, all was good until August 2011 when the company changed ownership. Since then, items purchased have been extremely slow in being delivered, if delivered at all. I personally have been waiting for some items totalling approx. $900 since August 2011. The site is still running, there have been many complaints but it seems nothing is being done about this.
