Order placed 11/20/07 against credit card for $150. Transaction confirmed - funds transferred. Told order would ship via traceable carrier and should arrive in 7-10 business day. It was shipped Canada Post, untraceable. It has been a month and I haven't received the item yet. Dee-v-dee.com has been contacted every day for the last 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a response. Nothing. I've contacted their customer support, shipping and refunds department each time I email them. Nothing. No phone number is given for contact. I'm sure this should qualify as fraud/theft etc.
