This is the third time this year that i have purchased a blonde hair colour and it has turned out to be RED

i am 60 yrs old and gray haired, so the blondes should and have in the past covered beautifully i have used your product for the last 10 years, why now

perhaps if you packaged it so that it can't be tampered with

being red is not my style and i can not change it for 3 weeks because i have very find hair

pls try and improve
