I decided to try the sample for $ 4.99 but never did get the sample. After 10 days, the company automatically charge my Visa $92 for the month. The following month, they charged me again. I called the customer service to complain but they kept insisting that the sample was delivered. I told them that without trying the sample, how can I tell if the product is good. I asked to cancel my subscription but it took me awhile to get it done. I called Visa and filed my complaints about Bright White. Visa credited my account and will conduct an investigation into the matter. Remember to ask for the CANCELLATION # as well as who you spoke to. The credit card co needs it.
With so many compliants about this product/company, why are they still in business?
