I recently had a negative experience with one of you employees (Clerk# 4605) @ the Wellington Rd location in London. I was called to pick up my glasses, so I called back to verify. I was than told to bring in the coupon for my $40 refund that the sales representative (#4605) had already processed. I had paid in full upon leaving the store after making my selections and was not aware that I had to produce such a coupon. At that current time, I was having difficulty accessing my internet to produce the coupon. So I ventured to the store to pick up my glasses. I was waiting for over a week to receive them. I was excited to get my new glasses. It had been a few years since I had needed them, so a new look was overdue. When I arrived to the store, I told the sales representative my name. He in turn had asked for the coupon. I had mentioned to him that I had issues with my internet @ the time and could not produce it. He said rather rudely and discourteously " Sounds like a fib to me". I was taken back by his reaction to the whole situation. He continued to slam the stamp on the paperwork in an intimidating manner. He then turned back to me and said "If I get caught not having the coupon, I hope you know that it will come off my pay cheque". Trying to hold in all my rage at the time, another sales representative had taken over as he could sense the hostility brewing.By this time, I was left with my glasss on the counter to fend for myself. I asked for help for the sizing as the glasses at the nose pads were all bent out of shape. After taking care of this, I just wore my old glasses out of the store as there were fingerprints all over the new ones. As I was leaving the store, I commented to the individual (#4605) that was treating me with negative customer service that I did not appreciate the accusations. He then replied to me " Well, I do not appreciate people that don't fulfill their financial obligations". I then told him that I would not return and left the store.

I was really upset leaving the store. I don't usually write in complaints, but I am certain that this will have a negative affect on future business at your store. When I returned home, I had tried on the glasses to find out theat there are concentric circles in the middle of the lenses, probably from the machine that does the lenses. Everytime that I move my head, I see what appears to be a smudge.

Since experiencing such a negative altercation, I would appreciate a response as to what my options are to resolve my issue. I do not want to go back to the store only to be treated with little disregard.
