CANADIAN HEALTH & CARE MALL sent wrong product, and wouldn't correct the order. multiple emails, 3 months later, still arguing

I purchased 4 months of a name brand product at a certain milligram, and also put it on rush shipment. Product comes, its not the name brand that I ordered and also is of lower milligram than I ordered, also showed up way late, so the money that I paid for faster delivery was a scam too.

I have called several times, I get a run around and worthless emails back. 3 months ago, they said they were sending the correct product to me and refunding me for the extra money I paid for quick delivery (when it wasn't quick). None of that happened! 3 months later, still getting run around. Have responded to their worthless emails. Still haven't received the name brand that I ordered or the CORRECT milligrams. Today they say they will refund my money to my credit card and it will take 10 days. hahahahahaha. Once again, I think they rely on people to forget about it or to get tired of fighting for the correct order!!! Would NOT do biz with these fools.
