They state they are giving out a limited amount of Acai Berry capsules for free. All you have to do is pay the shipping and handling. You have 15 days to cancel the subscription or they will begin sending a bottle every month.
The 15 days starts from the time you place the order for the "free" bottle. It takes about 7 days to receive the order. I was charged $3.95 for the shipping and I was also charged other charges for exchange fees that were not mentioned on the website.
I ordered the risk free trial on 4/15. I received the package 4/21.
I did not cancel the order in time and was charged $88 4/30 on the 15th day. I canceled the subscription 5/6/09. I called today 5/18 to notify them that I never received a second bottle and was informed that the $88 charge was for the trial bottle. The trial bottle was only free IF you cancelled the subscription within the 15 day period which was NOT made clear.
The use these words to note the Free Trial:

You can call or e-mail us at any time to stop this cycle. You can return any un-opened product within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. They also make no note the the $78.36 charge is not USD.
You can call or e-mail any time but they don't give you a number or e-mail with the order when it is shipped. They didn't send any kind of receipt or order form. Only the bottle and a card with info about Acai berry.
Their ad is purposely deceptive and the capsules did not help me lose weight or have more energy.
