Being healthy nowadays is very important but it is also important to pick the right fitness club and personal trainer.
I am in the Mississauga area and a member of GoodLife Fitness. This is not a complaint against that company, they are terrific, this is about a former employee of that company who has left and now started his own personal training business.

He does not deliver the results he says he will deliver
He has made me feel uncomfortable during our training time by being very suggestive.
Be careful when selecing a personal trainer and this is one you should stay away from.
