Hi, hair clubs respond to two years of my complains regarding breach of contract and not fulfilling their obligations based on their ads, contract, guarantees made on initial consultations to provide care and stand for their name and products is nothing but much more LIES, DECEPTIONS... IN THE SAME DOCUMENTS AND RESPOND HAIR CLUB also totally IGNORES, MAKES MORE LIES OF 1# All of my official complains made through both manager and supervisors in regards of behaviour of some staff members and their respond to my existing problems with WIG, liquid glue, melting taps causing, itchiness, was dirty, messy and was always comes off loose and how it effected me and instead i been pressured to UN NECESSARY UPGRADES.!! IN FEW SHORT WORDS hair club responds TO MY TWO YEARS OF frequent, while witnessed issues, problems with WIG, METHODS dirty, messy taps, liquid glue, loose WIG is like this" WE FOUND NO MERIT TO HIS COMPLAINS" sadly it would take me some times more to find what i need to battle their allegations of harassment by using a one sided story by one of their staff backed by further lies made by no one but manager again..this time though this manager took it to one step further and made up story's, claims of incidents, meeting which NEVER, EVER TOOK PLACE he also used staff to back his claims!!! what a sham manager!.lucky for me is all written in writings sent to me by no other but their own ATTORNEY.! asking me to stop fighting and move on with my life? they have an email of mine sent to their sales person who asked me herself to call her, contact her, while giving me her own personal contact card right in front of others.they made a big deal about it and lots of BLAH BLAH BLAS.. knowing THIS MIGHT NOT be enough of a reasons or better excuses for unjust cancellation so they made more lies of my so called repeated bad behaviour on my side.!! Wow.. she put added her own inputs next to two lines and interpreted to manager whom few days earlier she told me of his true feelings of jealousy, hatred for me to make thinks difficult for me. i need more informations and there is more out there... I INTENT TO fight their lies, one sided story's made by this sales person and absolute lies made by this manager and outrageous claims by him.!
ALSO i continue to believe hair club has breached all it's obligations ..therefore i placed official complains of their staffs lies, deceptions and goods and money they still owe me through their own attorney once again .! i will be looking for class action lawsuit against hair club. i seek more clients to join. meanwhile i continue informing the public of hair clubs practices..thanks
