Hi,

My name is Mitchell Mathews. I recently bought Call of Duty: World at War for PC and it was running smoothly for 2 weeks. The first problem was that I had no sound coming out of my speakers. I was told to get new speakers, but they worked on other programs. So I called the Activision support line and they told me that I should check my sound card. I did and it was fine. So I re-installed it with their help and my sound ended up being completely lost. I had to pay someone I knew to come over and fix it. Still no sound on the game. So I re-installed the game 2 times, loosing all of my progress in the game, and had my sound back. My second and most annoying problem, was that at random times of day (every time it was played) the game would crash the whole computer, loosing any information that is running. I called the support line and they told me to update my drivers. And still it crashes. Right now I cant even play it because whenever I play, it closes with a box saying.

I am very upset about this and feel that I have wasted $60.00 on nothing but trouble.By the way I still have my receipt from when i bought it. I would like either my money refunded or the same game but for Xbox 360 because I have friends who have it for Xbox 360 and it runs smoothly all the time. Plus I know that it is not my computer that is the problem because it is a brand new computer.
