Save yourself some sanity and do not order from this store. We made a large order on Jan. 1/11 for baby furniture. We made the order because the website (Lusso Baby - one of Cymax Stores websites they hide behind) stated that the items were "in stock". It is now almost three months later and we still are waiting for them. I am due to have a baby in a few weeks. Sent numerous emails, no response from them. If you call their customer service, you will get someone from India. The person I spoke to, couldn't understand english and ended up hanging up on me while I was in a middle of a sentence. This was after waiting on hold for him for almost an hour. He was asking me questions that I needed the answers to... not sure why Cymax stores emphasizes on customer service when it is cleary not there. I wish I had looked up the reviews before ordering. My problem is surely not a unique one. This store is not BBB accredited. They have over 300 complaints just in the last few months with the BBB. Should've done my research. This is adding stress to me that I do not need, especially during this time. Please save your time and money, and order from a reputable store.
