I purchased a Sealy Pillow top Mattress and box spring in 2007, along with a bedroom set from leons. The second year we noticed (my wife and i) we started to have indentations where we slept. I rotate the mattress once a month as suggested, and still we have these large indents. I am 6.4, 208 lbs, and my wife is 5.10 and 136 lbs.
The mattress is to the point now that we both have been seeing a chiropractor for back pain. I was away from home for a week and slept on a 4 yr old bed, also a sealy (not pillow top) and woke with no stiffness or back pain. We paid $800 for the set as it was on sale. The original price was $1100.
I feel this should not be happening to a 4yr old product. I have always bought sealy brand, as well my mother bought her 1King and 2 queen Sets through Sears. Please Help! Sincerely: George Moss
