In the summer of year 2010, my mother and I went to Plenty Bright on Solcan St and Kingsway to check out new bed and mattress. We decided to order both and after a week, I returned with my mother, a Cantonese speaking guy greeted us and started to show us his shitting attiude. He acted as if we are second class citizen in the country and started to argued with my mom and rarely replied to any questions that she had. After he came to my house, he started to argued with my dad about the "fucking Chinese Government" who forced HOng Kong people to come to Canada to start their new life. He started to complaint the government and insisted that his life is not as good as it used to be because of us. He has absolutely no cusotmer service skills and no respect for other human beings "because what he has gone through." The purchasing process is totally uncomfortable and after they got the money, they started talking to you differently. They are the wrost and most discriminative sales associate in the world. I don't suggest anyone go and shop and purchase from them.
