Default Springwall mattress
I bought a mattress set at the Brick in Pembroke Ontario in March 2014, I paid 592.06, document number 03214FG0014001, item SILVERQUB SPRW QUEEN BOX and item SILVERQUM SPRW QUEEN MATT, within the 3 years I have it the springs are perforating the underside of the mattress, that shouldn't be the tech came out to see and I just got a call from the Brick with the results of the tech stating that I did not have the proper frame, I have a 4 legged steel frame for the past 20 years and I never, never had such a problem with a mattress before this is a manufactured default, not because of the frame that I have, they will not honor the 5 year warranty. I am very disappointed and not convinced that it's a frame fault, I am convinced that it's a manufactured default and they should honor the warranty.
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
The Brick or the Manufacturer should exchange this set or at least the mattress I believe they are responsible, for the default.
