All Sales Final

I visited the Bad Boy showroom and found a mattress set that seemed to be a great deal in terms of price. I decided hastily to purchase it and sat down to write up the paperwork with one of the sales managers. Thankfully the sales manager that I was dealing with was a decent person and wrote on the invoice that I would be able to get my deposit back if the order was cancelled at least two weeks before scheduled delivery. I went back to the store two days later to cancel the order and was told by the girl behind the desk that "All Sales Are Final". I was about to have a fit because I put down a deposit of just over $1000 two days earlier and know that the mattress was not ordered from the factory yet, but then she took the time to read the line that was written by the sales manager that stated that I would be able to get the deposit back so long as the order was not processed and provided at least two weeks notice before delivery. Another really sleazy sales manager was overseeing this exchange and decided to tell me that I was "lucky" that the other manager added that to my invoice. What a joke! He was lucky to have not receive a punch in the face!

I did get my money refunded, but won't make that same mistake twice. If all sales are final it should be more clearly stated. The girl behind the counter just laughed about that and said that "no one would buy anything then". Exactly! Not worth the hassle. You may get a great deal price-wise, but will most likely regret the purchase and headache to get any issues resolved. I wish that I had taken the time to read other customer reviews before making that hasty purchase and wasting time to cancel the order. I also loved how the salesperson followed me around the store like a shadow when he could smell the money, but blew me off completely when I returned to cancel the order. Rude, unknowledgeable salespeople and bad store policies made for a horrible shopping experience. The only saving grace was the one decent sales manager who made up his own policy and allowed me to get my money back.
