I bought a box of digestive cookies with they had a .99 cents a box!!! they have tons of them and the product was well displayed; anyway, when me and my baby daughter eat one, we could not eat any. The cookies had a strong stale flavour!!! I took them back and the cashier told me that to talk to the supervisor in the basement after 5 minutes of looking for the supervisor. I talked to him in the basement and said that they do not usually exchange food nor returns, but get something else and go upstairs. I went upstairs and the cashier told that I can only exchange the same product... and I had to look for the supervisor again. The attitude of the staff, they were unfriendly, not helpful at all, and made me wait a long time every time i wanted to talk to them.
