Improper in taking order for delivery and was rude with the customers on phone and send me the wrong orde

I ordered the food for delivery and when i got the food the soup i ordered is fell all in bag and the remaining food was mixed with the fell down soup in bag and the order was wrong and when i called them back the person answer the phone and was rude with me and telling to pay for the food and arguing with me that to pay..
