My wife and I went into Kelsey's for a nice relaxing meal. I ordered a Ceaser salad and about half way through found a large and very disturbing piece of hair. Now normally I would say that these things sometimes happen but when the waitress came over and saw the salad she herself even said "OH MY GOD" I knew it was not just me. When she finally returned she told me that that they would not be charging me for the bresetta bread which i had also ordered. I was very put out at this. AN ORDER OF BREAD FOR THIS!!! I tried to finish the rest of my meal but was so put out that it was literally impossible. So my suggestion to anyone who is thinking about eating at Kelsey's - DON"T.
