Vibtech Analysis Limited is the largest independent company dedicated solely to Vibration Analysis and Infrared Thermography in southern Ontario. By this we proudly declare we are a mechanical consulting company - not a division of a larger firm with hidden repair work agendas. Unlike other companies who use predictive techniques to make their living, we make our living using predictive techniques. Federally incorporated in March 1986, Vibtech was founded on the premise that although vibration analysis technology had been around for decades, there were few practitioners other than those found in major corporations such as Ford, G.M., or Imperial Oil. This meant that smaller companies were effectively denied access and unable to utilize this technology to improve their maintenance programs. Vibtech was founded to fill this market niche by providing quality, affordable Vibration Analysis services to small- and medium-sized industrial accounts as well as the commercial properties and institutional marketplace. We have over 50 man years of trouble-shooting experience and have grown to become a major player in the Vibration Analysis field of southern Ontario. With over 300 regular customers, we are routinely called upon to diagnose problems in all types of rotating mechanical equipment, in diverse manufacturing and HVAC environments. Gas plants, refineries, breweries, asphalt plants, confectioners, plastic extrusion plants and CD manufacturers are just a sample of the type of industries serviced by us. Our Predictive Maintenance Programs range from small facilities which have 15 - 20 machines to those with over 350 machines. Vibtech Analysis Limited, is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. In the certification process, Vibtech received a letter of QS 9000 compliance from our auditors. It states, "... In reviewing the file we confirm that Vibtech s level of compliance with QS-9000 is ... particularly evident in the areas of cross-functional planning, business planning, benchmarking, disciplined problem solving and monitoring of delivery performance...".
