For over a year now I have been getting calls about being selected for a new cell phone... NO ONE listens!! I am not interested!!! I upgraded once about 3 years ago and that was a HUGE mistake! My sister and I got 2 samsung phones only because I was told that the company was no longer going to carry the Solos which we really liked. Anyway we followed through with the suggestion of the samsung and we hated them from day one!
We don't do anything with our phones just making sure they are charged and carry them in case of emergency or to let work or home know if we are running late.
All this started long ago only because I REFUSED to give the person on the phone my sin#. Then it seems I am now forever getting calls even after telling them to stop harrassing me over this. I have been with your compamy since I was 19 and I am now 59 so that is a long time and things still can change. I mean C'MON!!! When you call you know all my information and ask me to verify it so if you already have that info I know I have given you my sin# so WHY do you keep asking for it telling me the order can not be approved without it WELL I'M NOT GIVING IT TO YOU AGAIN SO STOP BOTHERING ME AND IF IT DOES CONTINUE I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER!!
