I had been a customer of Telus Mobility for over 10 years using my phone for buisness as well as personal calls. I paid Telus bills of over $350.00 per month. I relocated to the United States and called to cancel my phones and they are charging me over $700 dollars. Supposably when I was offered a new phone in 2007 it came with a new 3 year contract you would think that after being a client who pays her bills on time for over 9 years they might just give them a new phone as they lead me to beleive they were doing. Two year into the new contract I am still paying that kind of money to them. The phone I received is the bottom of the line Samsung with no camera etc. Wow who new it was worth over $700 dollars. Needless to say I would not recommend Telus to anyone.
