Almost one month has passed and service has not happened warranty

It has been almost one month since I called Leons at their warranty phone number. Not only that as I live in AB I had to wait till the next day to connect with them as their office closes at 5 o' clock ES time in Toronto. I called them in Yoronto a few days later as I never heard from the people who do the warranty work, which Leons ststed they would call me.. I also called the store in Edmonton asking them to call Artic Holdings the warranty fixers. Still no call from the repair people, I called them myself, we made a time for the repairs which was today 11 Apr for the hours of between 3PM and 5 Pm, at 4Pm I called them and asked if they would be here. The response I got was she could'nt reach the person by phone, needless to say they never showed up and no call as to the reason he did not come. It would be hard for me to go to a pay laundry as I am unable to walk a distance or to carry a heavy load. I have a months laundry to do and am running out of towels and clothing. I think the best bet is not to buy from Leons as the warranty you pay extra for is unreliable. The more people I talked to the more run around I got, I would think that it would be in LLeons favor to have some one else that is reliable to do their warranty work!!!
