TRYING TO GET REFUND

I have been in discussions with Fido since about May/2011, my son bought a new phone, so as he is now old enough to have his own account, he set it up under his name. In March/11 I received a bill with a credit amount on it. I figured when the company noticed that I had no account they would refund the money, that did not happen, so called and they said they would return the credit to me, but could take up to 30 days, in another month or so call ed back, no record of previous call of course, so went through it again. This time they did refund my credit card with the outstanding credit. All is good I thought, but on Aug 1/2011 the took a monthly payment out on my credit card that was equal to what they refunded me. So called August 12 or so and explained the story and that we were back to square one. They say they are looking into it, but as of Sept 1/11 no refund on my credit card. So after 6 months we are right back where we started.
